• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 12 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  All of our chokers fit necks from about 11.5 inches to 14.5-15 inches. Why? We have found this standard sizing includes the majority of people, without having too much excess chain hanging around.

• Can I get my money back if my package never arrives or something doesn't fit?

  Our policy is unless you request for your package to be tracked, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. This policy is solely to protect our business from scenarios in which people claim packages never arrived in order to receive money back.

  All of our sizing can be found on the products and in our FAQ. We are not responsible if something does not fit, do to the low cost nature of products.

• Do you do promotion partnerships?

• How should I handle and care for my products?

  With lots of love! Remember, Riot is handmade, so please refrain from wearing your products in water, while sleeping, or working out. Be gentle, and they will last a lifetime :)

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
